- 4 cups (1l) of milk
- 4 eggs
- 4.2 oz (120g) of sugar
- 4.2 oz (120g) of lour
- 1.7 oz (50g) of butter (optional)

Easy Cream puff Recipe
- In a big bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar + flour
- In a saucepan, heat the milk until boiling
- Pour the hot milk into the bowl slowly, step by step, while mixing
- When the mixture is homogeneous, pour it into the saucepan (if you want to create creams of different flavors, use as many saucepan as flavors and add the flavor at this step)
- Cook over low heat, while mixing, until first boiling
- Remove from the heat, mix and add the butter if you want.
- Let the cream cool down before stuffing.
My tip: you can create several flavors for this cream : vanilla, chocolate, sugared
